Shipping Policy

Shipping is free to the US. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–11 business days — 82.2% of tracked orders are delivered within 11 business days.
Where we ship
We ship to United States addresses only. Our Stripe checkout accepts US shipping addresses exclusively; if you're outside the US, we're unable to take your order at this time.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Once it arrives, remember the kit contains sharp blades — open the parcel slowly and check each blade guard before handling.
If your order is late
Most orders land inside the 3–11 business day window, but carriers occasionally slip. If your kit hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email contact@woodcarvingknife.com with your order number and we'll chase it up. Every order remains covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
